What is Fit Tea?

Fit Tea is a detoxifying tea blend of certified organic herbs which are formulated to enhance your weight management program as part of a healthy diet and exercise regimen.

Shipping

When should I expect to receive my package?

Packages being delivered in the United States will take about 5-10 business days to arrive.

International orders may take 15-40 business days to arrive

Is there a shipping cost?

Shipping within the US is FREE.  International orders will charge about $10.00.

Why isn’t the tracking link working once I receive an email confirmation on the order?

Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after processing your order.

    Shipping Issues

    I still have not received my package, what do I do?

    Contact the United States Postal Service and give them the tracking number to your order to locate your package.

    The tracking states it has been “Delivered” but I have not received it yet. What do I do?

    Contact the United States Postal Service and give them the tracking number to your order to locate your package. USPS can hold packages for 30 days in their facility if they were unable to deliver the package.

    Post Office does not have my package. What do I do?

    Contact Fit Tea and we will look further into the issue. We may resend your order after verification that the shipping address is correct.

      Fit Tea Orders & Addresses

      I have not received an email confirmation for my order?

      Email confirmations will be sent out once we have printed the shipping label for the product and begin packaging. Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders for shipping.

      Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

      Yes you can. Please email Fit Tea as soon as possible about the change in shipping address so we may change it before processing orders for shipping.

      Can I change the shipping address after USPS has processed and shipped my order out?

      We are unable to change the shipping address once it has been packaged and processed through USPS shipping facility.

      Can I cancel my order?

      We can only cancel orders before processing. Please email Fit Tea as soon as possible about the cancelation of your order. Once we have cancelled the order then we will refund your payment.

      What if I accidentally placed two orders, can I cancel one and have the other be shipped to me?

      Yes we can cancel and refund one order and have the other order processed for shipping. Please contact Fit Tea as soon as possible about the cancelation of your order.

              If I choose to stop drinking Fit Tea, how do I maintain my current weight without gaining any weight back?

              We suggest that you keep your body active and continue exercising and eating healthy meals.

                When do I drink the tea?

                How do I make the tea?

                Place 1 teabag into a cup of near boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag and enjoy. (Cold or Hot). Visit the Directions page for more information

                Can I add flavor to the tea?

                Adding honey or lemon will help make the tea taste better.

                Does the tea contain caffeine?

                Yes, Fit Tea does contain caffeine.

                  Fit Tea Wraps

                  I noticed a small rash on my skin when using the Fit Tea Body Wraps. What would cause this?

                  It is very rare for someone to develop a rash. If you do develop a rash, it might be due to an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients. We encourage customers to read the ingredients before using to make sure you are not allergic to one of the ingredients. The rash should disappear in a couple days. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush your system. If the rash remains after a couple days, we recommend you consult your physician.

                  The Fit Tea Wraps are not easily pealing off my skin

                  This might happen for a few different reasons. Try using a lotion or water. This will help lubricate the Wraps so they come off easier.
